Terms of Service
Effective date: September 17, 2026
Last updated: September 17, 2026
1. Agreement
By downloading, installing or using SupaYatta, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. Who we are
SupaYatta is made by Kshetez Vinayak, an individual independent developer based in India ("we", "us"). Kshetez also makes SupaSidebar.
3. License
When you buy SupaYatta, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on up to 5 Macs that you own or control. It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and you get lifetime free updates for as long as we offer the product. SupaSidebar Believer license holders can claim a free SupaYatta key under these same license terms; see the claim page.
4. Purchases and pricing
Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record and reseller for this purchase. Prices follow a launch ladder: early copies are cheaper, and later copies cost more as each rung sells out. The price shown to you at checkout is what you pay. Taxes are handled by Dodo. Prices may change for future buyers; they don't change retroactively for a purchase you've already made.
5. Refunds
SupaYatta offers one seven-day trial per verified email address, with no card required. Its receipt is bound to the app's local security key, and the trial ends at its fixed deadline and cannot be restarted by reinstalling the app. Attempting to reset or reuse identities to obtain repeat trials violates these terms. Every purchase also comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. To get a refund, email admin@supasidebar.com within 14 days of your purchase and include the email you used at checkout. Refunds are processed through Dodo Payments to your original payment method, and the refunded license key is deactivated. We may refuse a refund in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund cycles. This doesn't affect any statutory consumer rights you have.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer SupaYatta, except where the law gives you the right to.
- Share or resell your license key.
- Try to bypass license checks.
- Use the app for anything illegal.
7. Third-party agents and services
SupaYatta is not affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI or Apple. Claude Code, Codex and Cowork are third-party products, and your use of them is under their own terms, not ours. Because we don't control them, a change they make can break a SupaYatta feature. We'll fix what we can, but we can't guarantee compatibility with every future change.
8. Changes to your Mac
Connecting an agent makes SupaYatta back up your ~/.claude/settings.json or ~/.codex/hooks.json with an exact copy before it adds its own hooks. Disconnect removes only what it added, and the backup stays in place. You're responsible for keeping your own backups of anything else on your Mac.
9. Updates and support
Updates may add, change or remove features. We provide support by email, on a best-effort basis.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
SupaYatta is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that every alert is delivered, or delivered on time; don't rely on it for critical monitoring.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid for SupaYatta in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law.
12. Termination
We may deactivate a license key if you breach these terms, for example by sharing your key or through fraud. You can stop using SupaYatta at any time.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll announce material changes on the site or by email; continuing to use SupaYatta after a change means you accept it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your own country.
15. Contact
